Find Substance Use Prevention and Wellness Activities in Pima County​

During the summer, there are a lot of activities that are available for teens and young adults to connect with others and learn. Find various activities and events in Pima County that address wellness, substance use prevention, overdose prevention, and stigma.

Native Youth Coalition

Looking for a safe, fun, and empowering space? Come connect with other Native youth, share ideas, and explore the harms of commercial tobacco use, while also honoring and learning about tobacco’s sacred, traditional role in our communities.

Overdose Response + Training

The Pima County Health Department is providing a free Narcan training that will teach participants how to recognize signs of an opioid overdose and how to respond using Narcan nasal spray. The presenters will also discuss current overdose trends in our community and share how people who use drugs can stay safe and prevent an overdose response.
